      • If team roster limit as determined by the team manager(s) is met with only some of the remaining players for a given grade, skill shall be used to determine priority and that grade shall be split between majors and AAA

    • Skill, as an input into team creation, is determined by reviewing the manager’s end of season evaluation if the player played with OSLL in the prior year along with the current season’s skills day evaluation from those managers/coaches observing the players
    • If a player does not have an end of season evaluation and/or the player did not attend the skills day evaluation, prior experience/observations from OSLL managers/coaches may be used as input
    • Players with evaluation data and/or prior experience/observations from OSLL managers/coaches shall have priority over players with no evaluation data and no experience/observations from OSLL coaches/managers
